Where information comes from

We use each store’s own published pages and named independent reporting. Where a point comes from a third party we say so and give the date. Where a fact is not published we say that rather than guess.

How we compare

We list what each store is, reported policies and trade-offs as of the date shown. We do not publish scores and do not call any store the best, because the right choice depends on your project, location and budget. Because we are a competitor, we show our sources so you can check them.

Dating and checking

Each page shows the date we last checked it. Some sources are older than others and we say which. Store policies and promotions change often, so treat older points with caution.

Tools

We may use software, including AI-assisted writing and editing tools, to help draft and proofread text. A person reviews what is published and checks figures against their sources.

Corrections

If you find an error or outdated point, tell us through the contact page. We recheck the source, correct the page and update the date.
